Meals

Q: How often does the menu change?

A: Our menu changes weekly with new and available seasonal items, sign up to receive our weekly menu. Some ingredients may change without notice based on availability.

Q: What do we serve our meals in?

A: All meals are served in sustainable biodegratable containers made from recycled materials. We encourage customers to reheat their meals in oven safe dishes but our containers are microwave safe.

Q: How long will my meals last?

A: Each meal is sealed for freshness for up to 4 -5 days in the refrigerator.

Q: How do I reheat my meals?

A: Meals can be placed in the microwave or oven for reheating. We strongly suggest using an oven when available. Pre heat to 350' degrees and place meal in an oven safe dish to heat. Some meals are eaten as is and do not require heating. Please see menu items and their corresponding specific heating instructions.

Q: Do you reuse your bags and cold packs?

A: We do recycle all our bags and cold packs. We ask that you kindly leave your delivery bag and cold packs outside for us on delivery day. Sustainability is important to us and recycling where possible is important. If you'd like too hang on to our bags or cooler packs, no problem, just let us know and we will add a small fee for you to use at your leisure at home.

Q: Where do our ingredients come from?

A: We use all organic food items and source local California ingredients when available. Our menu items are seasonal and some items may change without notice based on availability.

Q: Where are the meals prepared?

A: All meals are prepared in a commercially certified food safe kitchen in Culver city. All cooks and staff are certified to handle food through Serve Safe.

Q: How does subscription work?

A: Our subscription service renews on the same day of the week that it was purchased, each week, until subscription is canceled through PayPal. It can be canceled at anytime. Terms

Delivery

Q: What is the minimum order for delivery?

A: There is a 5 meal minimum order for delivery. The delivery fee of $30 is applied to each delivery at checkout. Please choose the local pick up option to pick up at our Culver City kitchen on Sunday's between 3:30-4pm.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: Please see our map for our delivery radius within the Los Angeles area. If your home or office lies outside of our delivery radius please see pick up options or shoot us an email to discuss options.

Q: What are your delivery days?

A: Our meals are delivered Sundays 4-7pm. Please contact us to discuss options outside of this window.

Q: Do you deliver to home and office?

A: Yes, as long as your location is within our delivery radius we will deliver to your home or office.
