Spring Nicoise Salad – organic baby yukon gold potatoes, organic green beans, asparagus spears, radish, olives, topped with wild albacore tuna salad with fresh herbs served with mustard vinaigrette
Thai Lettuce Wraps – lean ground turkey cooked in thai spices with umami rice blend and thai curry peanut sauce, shredded carrots, green onions and served with crisp lettuce cups
