Nicoise Salad – organic baby yukon gold potatoes, organic green beans, asparagus spears, radish, olives, topped with wild albacore tuna salad with fresh herbs served with mustard vinaigrette
Tandori Chicken – organic chicken breast marinated with masala spices served with roasted beets & carrots in a dijon and orange sauce and a side of df dill yogurt sauce
Steak Frites – grass fed steak grilled to perfection and served with organic potato wedges and homemade chimichurri sauce
Miso Glazed Cod– wild cod marinated in miso served with organic bok choy and green cabbage salad with carrot ginger dressing
Maple Mustard Meatballs – organic ground turkey meatballs served with a sweet and savory sauce and roasted brocollini
Breakfast
Strawberry Parfait – local organic strawberries layered with homemade gluten free granola and coco june yogurt
Quiche – organic eggs baked in a potato crust (can be made with bacon or spinach)
